Craft PVPP is a colloidal stabiliser designed to selectively remove unstable polyphenols responsible for protein-tannin haze in beer.
Its action helps preserve the organoleptic qualities of beer, with no impact on foam-positive proteins or beer flavour. Insoluble in beer, Craft PVPP is completely removed during filtration.
Craft PVPP can be used alone or in combination with other stabilisers, such as silica gel, depending on the desired level of colloidal stability. It does not require labelling in beer.
