PVPP 10
PVPP 10 is a colloidal stabiliser designed to remove unstable polyphenols responsible for permanent haze and oxidation in beer.
Its action helps improve wort clarification and preserve the beer's aromatic stability, particularly in non-alcoholic beers. Insoluble in beer, PVPP 10 is separated before bottling.
PVPP 10 is particularly suitable for craft, all-malt and unfiltered beers. It also helps improve brightness retention and prevent the formation of chill haze.

• Dosage: 10 to 30 g/hL during brewing, 5 to 20 g/hL during storage, or 10 to 30 g/hL during filtration, depending on the process and shelf life
