AmeriK

AmeriK (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae) is a yeast selected by the Brewline by Lamothe-Abiet R&D team for the production of top-fermented beers. It enables the consistent brewing of American-style ales or blonde beers.

It features rapid fermentation and high attenuation, generally above 80%, promoting the production of fairly dry and well-balanced beers. Its relatively neutral aromatic profile allows malts and especially hops to fully express themselves, resulting in refined and harmonious beers.

AmeriK yeast is particularly suited to the production of hop-forward beers and American-style beers.
It is especially suitable for styles such as Pale Ale, IPA, APA, NEIPA, and other top-fermented beers.
